Plomer - Terms of Service

Welcome to Plomer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Plomer mobile application (the “App”), related services, and features. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using Plomer.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Plomer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using the App. Plomer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Plomer. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your legal guardian’s consent to use Plomer.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Plomer offers access to premium features via a subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription Plans: We offer weekly, monthly, and annual subscription plans, as well as a one-time lifetime purchase option. Pricing details are available within the App.
• Billing: Subscriptions will be charged to your iTunes account at the time of purchase and automatically renewed unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
• Free Trial: If offered, free trials are for new users only. After the trial period, you will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Cancellation: You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store. Canceling your subscription will not retroactively refund subscription payments.
• Lifetime Purchase: A one-time payment option is available for users who want permanent access to Plomer’s premium features.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Plomer only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for your conduct and any data, text, photos, or other content uploaded to Plomer. You shall not misuse Plomer by engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the services, or interfere with other users' use of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available through Plomer are the property of Plomer or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Plomer for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our explicit permission.

6. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information when using Plomer.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Plomer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaim all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violations of rights. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Plomer, its owners, developers, or affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Plomer. This includes any claims, damages, or expenses caused by third-party services or hardware malfunctions.

9. Termination

Plomer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that disrupts the App’s services. Upon termination, your right to use Plomer will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
